I Fell In Love With Sagada. ♥

I couldn’t stop praising God as we safely reached Mountain Province on a fine Sunday morning of March 18th. I felt really blessed that I was able to experience His wonderful creations which lie in this province. After several plans of going to Sagada, here we are, halfway to our destination.
Reaching the town of Sagada after almost 15-hour bus ride made me even more thankful. The stunning nature erased all the exhausting feeling of that journey. Everything was soooo perfect and amazing; the people, the place itself and the ambiance. This is certainly the place that everyone would dream of living at (I, myself, even dream of living here). I was so amazed that seeing this place, all I could say was, “Thank you, Lord for having us here. You are so good.”

Sagada is a simple yet a very magnificent place. This is the place where you will surely find peace of mind and serenity. Far from the city, far from stress. The people here are those who, I should say, are more blessed than those who are in the city. They are living an ordinary and peaceful life. They are blessed for having been able to produce their own food and own source of living while enjoying God’s creations.

Our Sagada adventure is the best one I ever had so far. Our tour guide, Kuya Ben, made this escapade even more perfect. His jokes and stories were so funny, we really enjoyed his company (plus he is very good at photography). He was also one of the reasons why I super thanked God. Because being with us for less than 24 hours, he has kindly and openly shared a lot about fate and life. Of course, I should also mention Kuya John, who was also there for us through the ups and downs of the mountains; and our driver, Kuya Bi-ag (I love his name because it means Life), who has safely driven us to each of our destination. Thank you, SAGGAS for these wonderful persons. You are the best! Kudos! ;)

This adventure is actually a dream come true. And I was very overwhelmed because experiencing this dream was far from what I thought it would have been. It was very memorable and fun; one that I would treasure forever.

I love Sagada. I love the simplicity. I love the peacefulness. I love the nature. I love everything in this place.
